• In the serving line. This is the perfect place for hanging welcome banners in your school colors over the serving stations or posters that encourage 'eating smart' above the trays. Stick static clings on your sneeze guards or prop up a colorful counter card. Run an engaging PowerPoint presentation or DVD on a nearby monitor.

• In the cafeteria. Decorating the walls with colorful posters will add warmth and fun to any cafeteria! Dress up your bulletin board with inexpensive fabric or borders. Offer bite-size samples of your healthiest items, either currently on your menu or in test-mode, and award brave souls with an incentive such as a sticker or other small item.

• On the menu. Menus don't have to be boring! Spice up your menus with fun clipart and fonts. Print out your menu on a counter card and place it in an 8" x 10" clear frame from the dollar store.
